l44 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the l44 platform. By accessing l44 through its website, mobile application, or any other channel, or by completing account registration, the user is considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are prepared for residents of Bangladesh. l44 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. If a user continues to use the service after changes take effect, they are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

These Terms form a legal agreement between l44 and the user. If any part of the Terms is unclear, the user may contact l44's support team before starting to use the service.

2. Account Registration and Usage Policy

To use l44's services, each user must create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, l44 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing account credentials with a third party or lending an account to another person is prohibited. If there is any concern about unauthorised access to an account, l44 must be notified immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

l44 may request identity verification from a user at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

All l44 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Account creation by a minor is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, the account and all associated funds will be forfeited.

Age must be declared at the time of registration. l44 may request a national ID card or birth registration certificate as proof of age at any time. Providing false age information is a punishable offence and all winnings may be forfeited in such cases.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on l44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions may only be made through payment methods registered in the user's name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on l44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Limits and Timing

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: usually within 1 hour

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

A user's account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering requirements have been met. l44 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request as needed.

5. Rules on Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses offered by l44 are subject to specific conditions. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at l44, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — and the wagering requirement would be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus received from one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion.
• A bonus may only be used in designated game categories — please refer to the specific terms of each offer.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted before the wagering requirements are met.
• l44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5.3 Promotion Changes

l44 reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. No ongoing offer should be assumed to continue automatically in the future.

6. Betting Rules and Restrictions

Users must follow the displayed odds and rules when placing bets on l44. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled afterwards, unless l44 approves it under special circumstances.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Separate rules apply for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the bet outcome will be settled according to l44's established policy.

6.2 Slots and Casino Games

Slots, live casino, and other games each have their own rules. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, l44 will refund the user's stake.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting bonuses through bet abuse or strategic wagering is prohibited.
• Placing bets using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Using third-party software or bots to place automated bets is prohibited.

7. VIP Program and Cashback

l44's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as users move to higher levels.

7.1 Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses
• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback on the week's net losses
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses

Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, a cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 will be credited.

7.2 Level Changes

Progress through VIP levels depends on regular activity and playing patterns. l44 reserves the right to change VIP policies, but will make reasonable efforts to ensure existing benefits are not affected.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

l44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing a false identity or information

For suspended accounts, l44 will complete an investigation and inform the user of its decision. Any legitimate balance will be returned after the investigation, but if fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to close their own account may apply through l44's live chat or email. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Limits

l44 is committed to responsible gambling. The platform should be used as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. If signs of gambling addiction appear, seeking help immediately is strongly advised.

If a user continues to use the service after updated Terms are published, they are considered to have agreed to the new Terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully in effect.

If l44 does not enforce a particular condition in a specific case, this will not be considered a waiver of that condition.
